Valerie Ferrari, fearless leader, and her team of trustworthy talent with vast experience in public relations, printing, websites, all manner of advertising, promotions, and creative thinking, comprise the agency that is Windward Designs.

The Agency was born on a rainy day in the early 1980s, producing signs and hand-rendered logos. In the nineties (yeah) along came computers and her shop was able to create all manner of print collateral. She gained agency status , allowing the ability to make media buys throughout the state; became the Marketing Director for a local shopping center (16 years and counting) and developed a local clientele who value the skills and talent her agency brings to the table.

Val's passion is working with small companies to find ideas that can transform a client's business. Her inspiration comes from those who build their businesses, teaching, and learning from each other along the way.

A resident of Big Island for 28 years, Val calls Hilo her home, with a downtown office on Waianuenue Avenue.
